The Futuring Leadership Team (FLT) meets monthly to discuss matters and make plans on behalf of the cohort. Presently we are inviting an Under 70 Cohort sister to serve on the team beginning this summer. You may nominate yourself or talk to someone else who you think would be a great addition to our Team. Please submit names of nominees to Lisa Kane by June 30th. Looking ahead, another Team member will be needed next summer. This planning helps to ensure we have smooth transitions in our cohort leadership.

We wait expectantly to hear from our Under 70 Cohort Sisters who represented us at the DSIC and Hope Ezperanza assemblies in Rome. Mark your calendars for the next cohort gatherings Saturday August 9 3-5pm ET and Wednesday August 20 7-9pm ET. We will hear from our peers who participated in DSIC (Dominican Sisters International Confederation) May 11-16 and some who experienced the Leadership Collaborative’s Hope Experanza 2025 June 3-7. The Dominican Vocations Collaboration Group is hosting the 2025 Service Immersion experience in Chicago, Illinois June 17–21. Ten discerners have registered to attend and there is a waiting list! Please pray that the Holy Spirit may continue to guide all who take part in these days!
The Bridging Polarities Working Group is finalizing plans for a Restorative Circles Training course. It will be offered in English with Spanish interpretation. In the spirit of our trainer, who works using the Gift Economy mindset, we are asking a contribution of $50.00 for the course or that you give what you are able. Stay tuned for further info!
